Digital Product Policy


All products sold through Logical Lore, including digital editions of Lurid Lamentations: Poetic Tales of Darkened Souls, are delivered electronically.
 

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
 

Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivery has occurred.
 

File Issues or Corrupted Downloads


If you experience:
 

     • A corrupted file
     • An incomplete download
     • Technical access issues

 

You must contact us within 7 days of purchase at: LogicalLore@gmail.com

Upon verification of the issue, Logical Lore may provide:
 

• A replacement file
• Access support
• A corrected download link

 

Discretionary Refunds


Refund requests beyond technical file errors are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
 

Logical Lore reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.
 

No refunds will be issued for:
 

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchase
• Compatibility issues not caused by file corruption
• Failure to read product description

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes


Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
 

• Immediate revocation of digital access
• Permanent restriction from future purchases
• Documentation submitted to the payment processor disputing the claim

 

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a dispute so we may resolve concerns promptly.
 

Physical Products (TBD)


If physical copies become available, a separate Shipping & Returns Policy will apply and will be updated accordingly.
